January Get-Together Was a Blast!

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Cheesecake Factory at the end of January. It was so much fun to see everyone and meet a bunch of ladies new to the group, too!

I'm sorry we had such a long wait for a table, and that getting seats for everyone was a bit of a debacle. Next time, I think we'll plan dinner at a place where we can get reservations. Someone suggested one of the Chinese restaurants in the International District, since many of them have banquet rooms where large parties can hang out and mingle. I thought that was a great idea. It really would have been fun to be able to mingle and spent more time chatting with all of you.

How awesome was it that we got to go see the movie afterward? That was a fun perk I hadn't been expecting. Seeing it with all of you was so incredibly fun!

I'm really looking forward to nicer weather, as I want to have a get-together and picnic at the zoo. That will allow us the chance to get our kids together and also to spend more time chatting one-on-one.

I'd like to plan another get-together toward the end of February, but time is already flying by. Perhaps we could do something the last Saturday of the month, or maybe the first weekend in March? What do you ladies think? Add your comments here and let me know!

DATE CHANGE--Jan. 31st for GET-TOGETHER

Hi everyone! I'm sorry for any confusion this will cause, but I must change the date of our get-together to the following Saturday, the 31st. We'll still meet at the Cheesecake Factory at 6:30, just one week later than mentioned in my previous post. ;)
